There is no bank branch and there weren't houses built, either! There are 2 ATN's inside the FoodsCo grocery store, right at the exit doors and in full sight of anyone in the front of the store. The ATM's are next to the liquor shelves. B of A closed this very bust branch  in 2015, claiming "security concerns," though there had not been any incident  there for years. This is a low-income minority neighborhood and B of A's decision was base on prejudiced attitudes. FoodsCo  has a security guard on duty at the entrance/exit doors  at all times the store is open , 6AM-12midnight; the store is always busy. B of A closure of this branch ha left the western side of Richmond without banking services.
