Our family has been with this branch for over 10 years since it was WAMU.
This branch is not growing very fast, but people at this branch are very friendly, though some of them did not meet my expectations.
I love to do most of my transactions at the only and one ATM, which causes a bit of inconvenience. But it is still okay.
Whenever I got inside to deal with tellers, most of them were friendly and efficient.  I forgot to complain about the new ATM with NCR logo. This ATM, though brand-new, needs to be replaced. This new ATM machine is not made with a lot of ergonomic considerations. And perhaps I'd like to have one more ATM here at this location, if the branch budget permits.
A drive-up ATM machine is more desirable. There was a drive-up teller window, but it seems to be closed.

Angelica D Subia is great.  Three time we have had notary and Trust account issues and Angelica not only is friendly and quick but knowledgeable.   She is the reason we are continuing a relationship with chase.  If you bank at this branch I can't recommend Angelica enough.  Top notch no wait service.    Thanks Angelica, Brad Flynn

Not enough tellers. The wait with only one person behind the glass is extremely long with only 3 people in line. I see others who could step in and ease the wait, but they aren't. Frustrating.
