The worse bank ever they are all about what they can charge and whoever they can charge. Whoever heard of a charging to cash a check that is wrote off of their bank don't make any since at all. This why I closed my account with bank of America years ago and moved on to a credit union. Much Better service and they don't over charge you for cashing a check.

The absolute worst!! Came here after hours while the atm was getting worked on and this racist red hair white bastard went out of his way to avoid me then be rude to me!! All i said to him was "Excuse me sir" he did the cut throat sign and sent me away. This is unacceptable. So i went to the door to go inside as he instructed me to do but the doors were obviously locked since its 7:45 pm. I drove around to ask him when the machine would be fixed and he shurged as if he didn't know so i told him i would wait so i did a u turn in the drive thru and park. He pulled off and almost 1.5 seconds after customers started pulling up and started using the atm. He is now parked in sam's parking lot watching me and my kids as i sit in my vehicle recording him, and writing this review about what happened. I bank with navy federal and would never join Bank of america because of racist pigs like this guy!! I wanted to withdraw cash from here because 20 currently is backed up near my bank.

Horrible drive thru. Was in the drive thru 30 mins just horrible service. They need to get more employees seriously one teller for drive thru come on! Might as wel just close down the bank since they are so slow.

Dude.. this bank location has the WORST customer service, and the ATMs pick when they want to work. This has got to be the worst Bank of America location in the metroplex.

This is ridiculous, the tellers act as if what they are doing behind the glass is more important, it is always packed with only 2 tellers working, while everyone else walk around doing nothing, I have been waiting in line for thirty min.
