Avoid this location if you can! Poor customer service. Went there around 4:39 to open an account, I was told by Mr. Martinez that I needed to come back another day since they close at 5 and it takes 45 min. Can someone explain to me how they are able to do this!!

If I could leave a 10 star I would!! All the staff is outstanding...I called the other day to the main number and Juan answered the phone and he knew who I was. Silvino is never to busy to help or answer a question. Gerald came back making the family of bankers complete again. Even if my home wasn't close I would drive to bank here. I have been to other Wells Fargo and it is nothing like this branch. Keep up the great customer service!

I've have several horrible experiences here and I would never recommend anyone to bank with Wells Fargo. I have 2 business accounts with them and apparently they would care less about me banking with them. Linda is the manager here but she is the worst. She doesn't give anyone any courtesy and is always rude. She never even helps the staff catch up if they are behind. I've been in drive thru before where I saw literally 10 customers waiting and only one teller and she just walks by back and forth and does whatever else she does and doesn't help the staff. And for the last year, every week I come in and make 2 deposits where they stamp my checks for me. Every week, mind you. This has never been an issue until today when Linda comes in and says that my transactions take too long so now I have to inside and can't go through the drive thru anymore if I want them to help me and stamp my checks because other customers are more important than I am. Linda is one of the worst managers I've dealt with. One time I came at there right before 5PM at the drive thru but the teller helped other ppl first and then came to me and said they were closed. I asked for courtesy since our business closes at 5 and I left to come here early. She said she didn't care. I then said even if I close my account, she said to go ahead. I honestly don't know how she became the manager here.
