Who ever heard that a person had to be on your account to deposit cash.. but you can put a check in.. is that really a thing.. you scan the ID for the CASH.. WHAT IS THE BIG DEAL.. oh.. and don't even try to call the branch.. you will NEVER EVER get anyone to pick up the phone.. I hope Bank of America closes..

Closed drive thru before 2pm and was waiting for 15 minutes to unsuccessfully cash paycheck. I was the last car. Now do not have $ for after hurricane.  I'm rethinking my business with this bank. I called and the lady said they will close at 2 not 1:55pm
She could've helped me.  When bank opens next week after hurricane, I'm writing a formal complaint for closing early before a hurricane that is forecasted to be nasty.   Their customers should have all been served those who waited so long in line.

Unbelievable they only have two consultants and the line inside the bank is ridiculous! Where is the staff? Worst BoA bank I've been to never again.

Bank somewhere else! If I could give 0 stars I would too. Unbelievably slow service. One person at drive thru at lunch time and always a long line inside or out. Cust Service people are just talking instead of helping. Always a terrible experience. Hire some help!! Tellers are sarcastically friendly  and not in a hurry. This is my worst experience with a bank in all my business career.

One teller!!! The line is nearly out the door. C'mon people! Read these comments and do something about it. I find this establishment offensive, tear it down!!!
