This can be a busy branch but they work hard to get through the teller lines. One of the managers I think, Jessi, is professional and polite making my experience easier when I had a difficult banking situation recently. Love this branch!

BEWARE!!! THIS BANK IS A RIPOFF!!! BANK CHARGES $40 FOR INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES!!! I DON'T SEE HOW THEY CAN STAY IN BUSINESS!!!

I wish I didn't have to give them one star. This bank is horrible! My son moved here from California and was going in to this branch to close his account. We found out that during the process of moving that he had accrued 2 NSF charges. I know it is up to the bank to waive any fees and sometimes they will waive at least one. But not this bank, they don't seem to care about your hard earned money. He got hit with (2) $35 charges on top of the $10 monthly fee and $12.50 fee to transfer money from his savings to cover one of the overdraft charges. So basically he was charged almost a hundred dollars when using his debit card, which makes absolutely no sense because the transaction should not go through if there is not money to cover it!! The clerk, Debbie was not helpful at all. I know they could have at least waived one of the fees, but since he was closing his account they didn't seem to care. I love my credit union they will waive NSF fees when they occasionally happen, they have no monthly fees, free ATMs, and lower fees than most banks!

Sat 2nd in line to make a money transfer, wasted an entire hour of my life and my entire lunch break, had to leave before I could make the transfer.
