Some one needs to give the manager a hand.
Schedule more tellers , show more sense of urgency.

I called the 800  B of A phone service,and told the representative I was bringing a friend to the Mission branch Escondido.I explained, my friend would display his ID and sign the check over to me.The bank rep said that would be fine.When we arrived at the mission st. B of A Heidi Hernandez told me I can't do this.I explained to her I was depositing and not withdrawing $5400.She then told me that my checking acct. is not business acct.I told her I conduct numerous business transactions through my checking acct.I then tell her that I will deposit the check in the ATM.She tells me if I do that B of A can shut down my acct.I tell no way that will happen.She tells me it can,Regardless, I then withdrew $5400 and gave it to my friend,she didn't even ask for my ID? just slid my bank card.I then took the check for $5400 and put it in ATM at my WELLS FARGO acct.I was concerned she would have tampered with my check if I deposited at B of A atm.At the time I was working in the area staying at a hotel (Conducting Business) So thanks to HEIDI HERNANDEZ  there is $5400 less that would have been in B of A  .I have read other negative reviews regarding her,not surprised.
