We've been banking there as a married couple since 2001.  My mom also has an account with them.  My mom wrote me a check to cash.  I went in and waited for close to 35 minutes.  They claimed they called my mom and there was no answer:  Upon further investigation, some idiot input my mom's number incorrectly...scary, as Wells Fargo is in the number business.

if I could give them 0 stars, I would.  My son needed to cash his paycheck and this is his employers bank.  They refused to cash the check drawn on THEIR BANK unless my son opened his own account there.  They told him it was "free" for 3 months.  He has never used the account except to cash his check.  Now they refuse to close the account until he deposits $75 into the account.  That is EXTORTION and they are taking advantage of his youth and inexperience.  There could not be a worse bank to handle your money.

Always the best service. If you're not with Wells Fargo you're missing out.
