After not letting me know my card with a chip was never going to get to me, it took a teller and another banker to figure out how to correctly send something when you live an in apartment. As if they've never sent a card to an apartment before. Taking additional time out if a heavy work schedule is very stressful when no one seems to want to put any extra effort out.

Corina Malone has gone above and beyond in helping me refinance my car. I brought the car from another state and the paperwork was very hard for me to sort out. Corina knew what to do and helped me so much.

Amazing service! I came in right before closing too so even at the end of the day the ball was still not dropped and they all nailed it! 

Opened a new account and can't wait to work with this new company!

If you ever see a teller with the name badge Diana, step back in line and wait for another teller. She was very rude and unprofessional for a person working at a bank. She gave me false information which I got charged for the next day. On my next visit there, I decided to inform the supervisor what had happened. Instead she responed "What would you like me to do about it?". Needless to say, all I wanted was some professional help and an apology for false information given. I did NOT even ask for a reimbursement of the charges. As if the superviosor wasn't pleased enough, she even threaten us with quoting laws. Throughout this whole visit, there was no apology AT ALL. Please do yourself a favor and find another credit union that has a sense of customer service.
