The staff and Center Manager, Lauren Wells, are the best! They were so polite and went above and beyond to help me. I would recommend this location to anyone who is interested in fast friendly service. God Bless!

Absolutely love this branch. Im even called by name by most of the staff. Lauren is such a understanding person. I really appreciate her and the employees at the branch. Im always being assisted soon as i walk in wait times are sufficient.

Just started an account here. Did not read the reviews first. Tommee was very nice and helpful. The lady that welcomes people walking in, don't know her name but she is tall light skinned black lady was also very polite and nice. So for now I will give them a 4. I hope the complaints I've read have been rectified. But so far so good.

I never in my life felt worst at a bank then I did at this location. This place already had a bad rating, however I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went in. Right when I went into the bank, the welcome personnel was not sincere when she said "Hi". Almost made it awkward. I let it go because she was probably having a bad day. The thing that made me write this review was the bank teller. Just like what others are saying, she was extremely rude and I did not feel welcomed or cared for. I completely understand what others are saying about the tellers' behavior now. She did not care about me or what I had to say. She asked me a question and I answered, however she did not like my answer, gave me a attitude and wanted me to answer it her way. I could go into more details however I will never go to this location and I hope they improve because I might be switching banks.

Never thought I'd rate a bank, but after the poor experience, I see why others have as well. Listen to the ratings for your own benefit. Ridiculously slow service, terrible customer service and mannerisms, and an overall waste of time.
