There friendly and helpful, that's drive out of my way to come to this bank.

These people do not have any idea what they are doing. If you don't know something, then its fine but don't provide wrong information. When opening a new bank account, the person asked me to show my SSN card. I didn't had it in my hand at that moment but provided the number. He refused to open my account and asked to bring the SSN card saying his boss needs to see the card or copy of it, and rescheduled the appointment at afternoon. When coming back at afternoon, they didn't bother to see my SSN card and opened my account.

I am an authorized employee in USA. My wife is a USA citizen. We asked for a joint account and the same guy refused to do so because she is a citizen and I am not and according to BOA its a violation of their policy. Funny that after one month later, we opened a joint account  over the phone with BOA Dallas service center.

Long wait but Roberts customer service was outstanding.

Worst customer service. Waited 10 mins to meet a person who then asked me to wait 15 morebmins to see a representative.
