I had a horrible experience with the Owner of this company Chris Falco. Please do not use this credit collection agency if you care about getting what people owe you. He doesn't know how to get your money- because he insults customers and hang up on them!  He did the same to me as the previous reviews- he hung up on me. Overall, he didn't have a legal right to contact me. He thinks because he is the boss he can treat people any kind of way. I simply contacted the executive board of the company he has a contract with and told them of how horrible he is. He cannot stay in business if no one wants to work with the loser. 

He interrupted me and cut me off, he is awful! He took facts I stated personal. He is awful! He must be cheap because his service is AWFUL! Bad customer service! People beware- this guy is a hothead and have no sense of how to relate to intelligent beings.

Terrible and unprofessional people on the phones.  Basically calling you a liar and sorry that the truth hurts.  They dont understand why a person that owes for 3 months of rental fees, is being charged $300 dollars for BS and because the appliance company has morons for drivers that don't know how to bring a key release form and request access to the apartment from a rental office. Not sure who the jerk I was talking to was named, however, he kept stating that he was 55 years old and has been doing this most of his life (sorry your career aspirations never took off)

shouldnt even be one star, but ive had a collection with them since 2012 and it has been paid.  i have called multiple times speaking to the same guy who says he will take care of it and remove it from my credit report.  This guy/company is a joke.  It isnt hard to do your job.  Take care of customers.  i do not know why a company would even consider you for business.  the collection has been paid 3.5 years now and you still havent taken it off my report like you promise to do over the phone every time we speak.  you must be reading off of a note care because you say the same bull over and over and nothing ever comes from it.

This company has placed a collection that is nearly 15 years old. Yet it states on credit report recently opened. I have sent letter of explanation and dispute to the company only to have them returned marked “return to sender”. Calling the company usually results in only getting an answering machine. The one time my wife actually got a person on the phone to ask about a correct address, she kept getting some run around about the FBI checking their mail. 
I believe this company has presented false information and will not respond to requests for explanation. Being in law enforcement, this does not seem to be a legitimate company. I would ask that is be looked into as far as your company is able to do so. I will also be contacting federal law enforcement agencies to look into this matter.

This company is trying to collect on a debt where the statue of limitations has expired. Sent a VOD request and received nothing. The original company is no longer in business which is why the debt wasn't paid. If it's not removed off my credit report I'm planning on suing. Not even worthy of 1 star.This company is a scam
