This is a TERRIBLE location... There are never enough tellers even though I heard the manager say once (while I was waiting in line for 20 minutes) that this was the busiest location in Oklahoma. You are almost guaranteed a 20 minute + wait every time. I have dealt with them and then gone a quarter mile away to my personal Tinker Federal Credit Union and been done in 5 minutes... It seems obvious that BOA is trying to get people used to using their ATM to make deposits/withdrawals/inquires so that they can save money and not creating more jobs.

I must note that my interactions with the people in the offices there have been very nice and some of the tellers. It's more than likely the bosses at the top that create a bad experience by limiting how many tellers that are allowed to be hired. I will be taking my business elsewhere as soon as possible.

Teller was completely rude as I was trying to deposit money out of state. I have always refused to bank here and needless to say, I won’t ever. Terrible customer service and attitude.

Plenty of people in line and 2 tellers available. Take entirely way too long and charge 8 bucks to cash a check of theirs

One of the longest waiting banks I have ever stayed! They saw 20 customers waiting and they still had only 2 staff and they did not have the certain person for opening new account which cost at 30 minutes
