Paid this loan off and still after 31 days they wont post to credit report that it is paid. When I contacted them the third time they say that its all internal and I cannot speak to someone and are absolutely no help. I made my payments on time and paid account off early. DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM HERE!!!!!

Megan was HORRIBLE with customer service. We told her from day one that we had to file for a lost title, which takes about a week, and she still filed for our loan knowing that they're automatically declined after a week. Every time I tried to call her and check up on things or ask a question she gave me a horrible attitude and would put me on hold for 10 minutes and I'd have to call back. I would not recommend anyone here! They waste your time and make up excuses for everything.

JASIE, I DON'T WORK FOR ONE MAIN FINANCIAL ANYMORE. BUT I CAN TELL YOU THAT YOU ARE A YOUNG LADY WITH LOTS OF ATTITUDE. WE HAVE SEVERAL PEOPLE LIKE YOU. THEY NEED MONEY, NOBODY GIVES THEM A CHANCE, THEY COME TO ONE MAIN, WE GET YOUR SITUATION FIXED AND THEM YOU DECIDE TO WRITE AN UNFAIR REVIEW ABOUT US. I HAVE LOOKED AT ALL THE REVIEWS YOU WROTE TO OTHER COMPANIES AND THEY ARE HORRIBLE! SO, YOU ARE THE ONE WITH ISSUES, NOT THE COMPANY.
