My mother has diminished capacity. Yesterday, I went to the bank with all the Necessary paperwork to help my mom. The banker took 2 hours but mistyped her name, said I could come to pick up paperwork later. I'm back today since mom is ill. Banker wants mom signature even though she witnessed yesterday that mom can't sign. I don't know if this banker is auditioning for a comedy show like the Keystone Cops or is really that clueless .
