Everyone is nice at this branch which is why I gave them a second star however the day after a bank holiday there should be more than two tellers especially if the second teller takes another 5 -7 minutes between the occasional client she helps!

The WORST Bank Of American ever!! Every time I come I waist time and energy. Nobody is ever helpful or serviceable. Bankers normally help you facilitate your transaction, well that does not happen here, they make it impossible.

Need to talk to a banker at Bank of America? Don't expect to walk into the bank lobby and talk to anyone unless you fist schedule an appointment from your boa app. Totally ridiculous. Arrived Saturday morning and told no one available and no appointments available today. Thanks Bank of America!
