Really nice teller on drive thru but they only have one person for two lanes.

I'll make this short and sweet. The lady that "greeted" me completely ignored me to greet the white lady that was sitting down on her phone not even paying attention. Second, I came in to resolve an issue with my account. The manager Oscar was an inconsiderate, passive aggressive guy with no empathy towards my situation. It was as if he was scolding me, as if I were child. The staff seem oddly immature, and my over all experience was horrible. I then stepped out and called Customer care and the treatment that I got from the agents over the phone was 10 times better! I would just come in here to cash a check or make a deposit, etc. But not to look for help from the bankers or managers because they are all douchebags.

If I could give them a negative 20, I would! This is the worse bank ever! I only bank here because it's extremely close to my home, but I should've stop coming a long time ago. In any event, I just left this bank and they gave me a counterfeit bill, yes! I didn't know this until I went to pay a bill and the employee said, "we can't accept this bill." What!!! So I return back to the bank to get the bill replaced and when I tell you the branch manager is so arrogant and have a chip on her shoulder - it's the worse I have ever been treated by a bank. No one wanted to help me! They acted as is I am the criminal and the bill popped out of no where! I literally just withdrew the money about 10 minutes after returning and they said they have no proof that it's their bill! It was so embarrassing and just appalling to see that you are treated this badly by a bank - BANK OF AMERICA isn't so bad after all! I had issues with the customer service before with this branch, but never to this magnitude. I will never bank with Wells Fargo again! I'm done!
