Everyone is clueless at this branch.  I went there twice this year and was given the wrong information...  Don't even bother to use the ATM, it took my card and when I asked for help to retrieve it they didn't know what to do.

During my work day, I stepped into the bank to make a transaction. What a disappointment! There was one teller, her name is Irina who was handling almost 7-8 eight customers, while personal bankers were just chatting and sitting around in their offices. They could have at least opened up, more teller stations or even helped make transactions at an ATM level.  I even asked one of the personal bankers to get more help, she just shook her head and said no help. A bank right in the financial district does business like this, there is no hope. I am seriously thinking about changing banks because of this experience. These days there is so much options, why go with a bank who doesn't place the customer's needs first.

The first time I have to wait 1 hour and didn't fix my problem. But my last experience was good.

WORST, Arzu Kaplan Hassan she is very rude, does not care about customers, she is more interested in flirting with male , wear short dresses touching men very frequently, Unprofessional 
Arzu Kaplan Hassan behavior is very suspicious when you give her your ATM/ DEBIT card, the way she looks at your bank account feels like she is going to do something fishy with your money, bank account
why is woking there ? she is not doing her job , none of customers are getting  good service which they deserve, waiting times are longer, always long queue
Don't go this branch there are lots good branches nearby in jersey city

It was the worst and most unprofessional bank I've been too threw out the whole jersey city. Recommend new Manegement.
