On a Friday at around 3:30pm I walked into this branch and received 5-star customer service assistance. I was in the process of receiving a wire transfer to my TD account from a non-TD account based out of the mid-west. Fatima and Raj were instrumental in calming my nerves, assuring me when the transaction was safely completed with the money in TD's hands. They then followed-up with a phone call at 6:30pm that same day when the funds were successfully wired to my personal  account. Thank you Fatima and Raj, you were fantastic and made the process very easy!

You got a huge branch, but it’s almost empty! You open early and close late, which is good... But it’s meaningless if you stay open without enough employees. At Friday 6:30pm, there were only one receptionist girl who could do nothing, and one banker can actually help. I had to wait for 20 mins just to close an account. It’s interesting you call yourself the most convenient bank.

If you’re considering depositing your rolled coins at this branch ( especially after they took out their coin counting machine) Be prepared! First, you get a look from the teller, then you get an attitude. Horrible!

So I go in to ask these bobos why my check didn't clear, 
1. Federal regulations don't allow bank transactions on Saturday or Sunday but we are open on those days. my only question is what do you do being open?? Have broadway shows or play hide and seek ?? 
2. I can't access my money without giving them prior atleast two days in advance to let them know I want my money. These fools begged me to not close my accounts that's how much I had in my bank.
3. There's a guy that's the manager he's the worst human on this planet. He won't help you and won't let the tellers help you either. Don't apply for job here and never go here to do any business. 
If you don't like your job quit and go fishing with your buddies or else do customer service which btw is your job and you take salary for that.

I don't even have a TD account to begin with,  and One of the ladies that works there came out of her way to the parking lot to help me jump-start my car. She literally took it upon her self to make things happen. Her and another gentleman. Thank you guys, you guys have a future customer!
