Rude tellers, long waits, refusal to provide services that I was previously told I would get. Overall, Bank of America not great either. I think I'll switch after my experience today.

We went inside to make a deposit spent  10 minutes waiting in line , only one customer at the counter.  So we decided to take our chances and go through the drive thru. Wrong choice , spent 15 minutes. We were the 2nd car in line before being served. I  think it's time to change my Bank ! Thank God we had extra rations in the glove compartment!

GO TO THE ONE ON SUNSET THIS BRANCH HAS TERRIBLE CS AND THEY ARE SLOW.  AVOID AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE!
