Reviews

Depends on the student or advisor you get. The senior people don't have much time for you sometimes, but the student helpers do a good job of sharing as much as possible. I've had 75% good experiences, 25% not good.

I had an issue with my life scholarship not being paid out and the lady was nice and took care of me right away.

Not helpful at all. They try to get you off the phone or email as quickly as possible without answering any questions.

You have a better chance of catching a Rattata on Pokemon GO than you do with getting anything done.

Rude as could be, they don't want to help you as a student in anyway and then mock you for not being prepared for their mistakes and laziness for handing out scholarships the day students move in.
