I was trying to be make a quick run to the Atm. Unfortunately, the Atm was hungry and ate my card.... Not good. I went inside and  Eli greeted me with a smile and got me in touch with Mrs. Sharon and she assisted me. Mrs. Sharon was able to retrieve my card. (That was a blessing) I did not have to wait for a replacement card, due to the the problem solving skills of the  BOA team. I was able to  complete my transaction with Veronica and she provided me with great customer service!

Always had good service here. The wait time for personal banking can take a while longer if they are busy otherwise all good!

Rudest bank manager I've ever encountered although I haven't really had to deal with many! I don't even use this bank I was depositing money for my parents and they only had two teller. It was such a nightmare. I never could deposit money for them. They're in Michigan and the manager said to deal with money online. Trust me if I could have I would have! Hire more people or lose business!
