I am changing banks. These people are too lazy to call in a TCheck or Comdata Check. I cash them in lakeland all the time at that regions location without any issues, yet they refuse to cash them at THIS Winter Haven location.
Beware they charge you an $8 maintenance fee for not swiping your debit card more than 10 times a month. What a scam. Changing banks due to the females that work here. Last week i deposited payroll. Lady says the amount loudly so everyone can hear. And goes on about how it was a lot of money each week that i deposit and that i should see one of thier financial advisors. How embarrassing.

The customer service is incredible!!! 💖 I love the employees at this location. I travel 40 mins out of my way just to go here! Thank you guys for making everything easier, faster, and friendly. I feel like they are family.
