Unfortunately I agree also. Unprofessional, rude and they had the nerve to ask me "next time could you face all the bills face up turned the same way" I laughed in her face.  Do your job.

Worst branch I have ever been to! Service mgr. Kathy is very rude and unprofessional! It is very sad when a customer knows and understands the banks policies better then their own service manager. Kathy gave me dirty looks, made snide remarks, spoke down to me, had a bad attitude, and allowed her tellers to do the same. needless to say I went down to their main office and will be meeting with their district manager after the holidays, hopefully something will be done about her. I will not go back to that branch as long as she is the service mgr. there and strongly recommend anybody needing a wells fargo in that area to go to the spring lake branch or the main office in downtown winter haven.

I agree as well! They are very rude at this branch and dont seem to care about their customers at all. I drive the extra few miles to go to another branch and wont go back there anymore.
