So happy I'm not the only person disappointed!! HORRIBLE customer service, not helpful Manager(Tanya chandrosena),I went immediately after to Citibank, the guy was so nice & helpful,he gave me the year summary of 2017 for my both credit cards in a sec,& when I told him I was asking same in BOA ,& SHE didn't gave me & didn't know even about it (the manbager!!!) He said I can help u with that too,so he printed also my summaries  of BOA too..! Can u believe that, just in 2min..also,she told me if I want a copy of statements, I have to pay $5 For each!!! Unbelievable..when I told them all this horrible costomer service, they were wonder how they can treat a client who is working with BOA for 9 years,with excellent score &&&..I usually try to solve problems & avoid writing bad Reviews, but this behavior is not acceptable.!

I am currently standing in line with one teller assisting a line of 10 people! With a greeter that is doing absolutely nothing and two other workers behind the glass on computers. I've been here for about 15 min with only two customers ahead of me. This "bank" needs employees that are helpful and considerate of peoples times!

I'm in here now and the service is horrible. Long lines and only 2 tellers working while other bankers are roaming around chit chatting.

Terrible service and endless waits for simple services!!! They'll tell you to expect a 5 minute wait and you'll end up waiting over an hour! Avoid this BoA!
