Convenient for parking and that's about it. Manager told me to go have a cup of coffee at Starbucks before he knew what I wanted because they only take appointments. When I asked him if he should know what I wanted first, he said, ok. I simply wanted something bank-related to be faxed. Then the woman didn't know how to use the fax machine. Oy vey!

The guy at the window was being very rude and disrespectful. I have a hat on and he kept on telling me to keep my hat up so he can see my face but the guy right after me had a hat on and he didn't even ask him to pull his hat up to see his face. Just disrespectful, kind of came off as racist, won't be coming back to this bank.

They need to work on keeping their ATMS running properly. If they run properly the inside of the bank will be less crowded and lines would be smaller.
