Ditto on what everyone else said. One teller working very slowly. Instead of asking the other teller putting up Christmas decorations or greeting people at the door to get behind the counter an do something more important, they start rushing and talking down to customers.

Very poorly done.  1 teller???  A group of us after waiting over an hour to do very simple transactions had to figure out who had the most urgent business to go handle as we reshuffled our places in line.  All this while the 1 teller appears to move with absolutely no urgency as if its our fault for choosing this location for something other than an atm transaction.  We actually had several people still waiting after close of business to finish their transactions. VERY POOR SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION, especially if you have something simple to do.

This is so sad. There is only one teller at 11:56 am. The last time I came to this particular bank there was only one teller. They do the even apologize for long wait. So glad I don't bank here. I'm only here because I have a few customers that bank with Bank of America.
