Good people who make banking comfortable for those of us that hate the time-consuming, tediousness and complicated nature of banking. The financial advisor and branch manager have assisted me with certain things that were way above and beyond their responsibilities. I can't comment on what another reviewer said about the tellers, but I would be very surprised if they were not satisfied after reporting their experience to the branch manager. Interestingly, at the PNC at Giant in Wynnewood I had a similar experience as the other reviewer, They charge $10 for a bank check. The teller at the PNC was also very rude. The manager was no help. Try Bank of America in Wynnewood.

Was told a cashiers check would cost $10 when the Bryn Mawr branch charged me $5 for the same thing (and twice the amount) only last week. When i questioned the teller about it she told me that i was mistaken and that i was talking about a money order. I was not, i know the difference. She then suggested i go there instead if thats what they charged. I did. Extremely unproffessional

Attempted to make a deposit for my employer... was told company name did not match... explained company was purchased by the company receiving the deposit but teller continued to question each transaction and each check...wth? A transaction that should have taken twenty minutes turned into a forty minute interrogation. No i would not recommend this bank.
