I have never left a 1 star review on anything. I usually feel bad if I leave a 4 star. That being said, I have never experienced such calloused treatment from a business.

My girlfriend was preparing to come into the bank and open a business account. She parked and went next door to work on it for a couple of hours so she would not take up an associates time. 

She came out and the car was towed.  Total bill over 200 dollars. 

This is how customers are treated when you bank with Citizens? And I am supposed to trust this bank with money? How am I supposed to do that? How is a customer supposed to invest into a company that immediately rips them off, makes a mistake, and then does not fix it when given the opportunity? 

Skip this one friends.

My Visit Gate 4/8/2011. 
I had the greatest experience at this bank branch location. I went in the branch to open a simple checking account and walked out with the whole shabang. LOL. Thank you branch manager Cla'. Please keep up the good work keeping Citizens bank with a good name. Philadelphia is the absolute worst and I have a lawsuit with your company in process due to a manager and policies and procedures. Thank you in advance and I look forward to dealing with this branch ALWAYS!!!

I have been banking here for a long time. I had the WORST expreience since Kelly, the assistant manager left. I left several messages for the manager, Candice, who was never there. I had some real problems that needed attention ASAP. Maria never gave the messages to the manager, because Clarice said she never got the messages... Maria was very unprofessional, saying that I should have stopped by the branch in person....is it really THAT difficult to relay a message???.... kind of impossible to "stop by" if in the hospital, which I was... Maria's attitude is rude, unprofessional & irresponsible. I have very little faith in this particular branch...The Narberth branch staff is much nicer, accomodating & don't have an obnoxious, defensive attitude like Wynnewood... is this the same bank? Clarice USED to be nice, instead she was very defensive & unconcerned.....Maria needs lessons in customer service & satisfaction.... Go to the Narberth branch, you'll have much better experience there....
