Had an issue with on line banking transition causing everyone problems and the branch manager stood up for me and removed extra charges due to their difficulties. This kind of  service makes the difference to bank there in my opinion.

Online it says the bank is open until 6 I show up at 5:25 the doors are locked and a women tells me they can't help me once the doors are locked they stay locked

They have given me so many folders, pens, and highlighters. I don't even care about their banking. My school supplies are set!

Sometimes there's only one teller working which causes a long wait, other then that it's great.
