There’s always 3 employees working 1 acting. Obvious there’s a High turnover. 30 minute Long lines and closed drive thru majority. And the closes other one is Sandlake just as bad. If it wasn’t for the company I would never do Bank of America.

I would give it a zero if I could. Worst bank I have ever been to. Extremely understaffed. Every time I go to this bank I wait at least 40 minutes in line just to make a transaction with a teller. If you have a any plans DO NOT COME HERE! I will be going to another bank.

The ATM is the only thing fast here! There's always 1 teller for the commercial and personal drive thru lanes and no matter what time of day I come, I'm here for at least 30 minutes for 1 simple deposit or transaction. And yes I'm here now; pulled up at 320p with 1 car in front of me in the drive thru and it is now 350p on the dot and I'm just pulling to the window to deposit my payment to an investment account. They need better protocols to assist us as we have to get back to jobs and to pick up kids and other things. Each teller tells me a different way to fill out ny simple deposit form every time i come and ive been doing this for over a year! No consistency on anything here and I'm begging my realtor to change banks as this is annoying and unacceptable!

They need to hiring new people because the to slow

Little to no employees working, slow assistance, the workers act very bored and aggravated as if they don’t want to even be there let alone help anyone, and even if you have a small issue, they’ll put 0% effort into solving it before turning you away after you waited 30+ min in line. Horrible location, there’s plenty of other BoA’s that are worth your time in Orlando :)
