I love to go out of my way to this boa because this one really makes me feel at home! The pleasent staff is always smiling and I can't say enough about the fine ladies(tellers) that put up with me! They are so nice, curtious, well spoken and super fast! I rather drive 5miles out of my way just to go to this boa! Thanks so much leanna, sandra, Gloria, Angie, and Sierra! WORST BANK IVE EVER DEALT WITH. AND STRAIGHT SH**T CUSTOMER SERVICE! I've  only had this account for 3 weeks and I've  already had my funds frozen 2x  and now I deposited a check on 4/20 and the funds won't be available until 4/30

Everytime ive come in here the tellers try to pressure me into ppening a credit card. Today i went in , im having account troubles, to do a withdraw and i was told i couldnt and the lied about a check with my fumds being sent monday. I called bofa help number they told me that wasnt true so i went to the other bofa and they assisted me
