Poor communication between lender and mortgage counselor. Transaction is held up and no one can tell me why or what is going on. No one can give me assurance that the transaction will close on time or what the status is and we're supposed to close escrow in 1 week!

Update: I finally received word from Naca that the buyer has full loan approval. Granted, they were supposed to have loan approval on the 10th, but hey, they came through. We were supposed to close escrow on 1st (tomorrow), but that date has been moved to the 5th. I'll update again if/when escrow closes.

Update (6/4/17) Was notified that we aren't closing tomorrow because the lender is still processing paperwork. Original deadline was the 1st, was changed to 5th, now estimated to be 15th.
