Horrible customer service. Horrible hours. No drive up service and only one ATM. For a bank in the middle of a booming area, looks like this place is going out of business. I love Bank of America, but this branch stinks.

They have the worst service I have ever experienced. Opened an account online and when i got my card i couldnt activate it. I came to THIS branch and they were no help at all. The lady who stands at the front does not need to be working there if she doesn't even want to help properly, if I wanted half ass help I would have asked for it. I had to come back the next day thinking my problem was finally going to be fixed for them to tell me that they couldn't do anything until the next day..... all this b.s just to activate a card. Horrible service !

I have been doing business with BOA for over a year and only got the best service a person can expect. The employees are friendly and know their business. Never had a bad incident with them and would recommend them if you need a bank.

Gee must be the time of day or some thing, I have never had a problem at this little bank but I only have used the ATM, and have gone inside a few times to get help. Granted there is a wait time some times, but it is not a main bank and have just a few people working there. But when I went in side help for me was really good and they solved any and all questions, also showed me how to work the machines in the lobby. If a person expects a big bank service, suggestion is go to a big banking center.

Drive through slow as heck..... asked for my check to be cashed in 100 dollar bills and got handed a wad of 20 dollar bills... 😧
