Justin, who may be the branch manager seemed to be talking down to me. I had some issues with the account, when I asked for assistance as I had not been able to connect to Chase customer service due to long waits, he said he cannot help me with it. I had some documents to notarize and he said that he will not let the staff witness it as it was the Chase policy. I asked him when did the policy change, and he said that it has been there forever. I have been a Chase customer for more than 5 years and hadn't had such issues at their other branches. So if it was indeed Chase policy, have the other Chase branches been violating it all these years ? Or was it simply that he just did not want facilitate a Chase customer was not his skin color or whose account was not with that branch? While I was talking with him in his cabin he got a phone call, he answered it and then he had the audacity to ask me to step outside while he talked! This is not only unprofessional, rude but absolutely unacceptable. If he indeed had something private to talk while I was in the office, he should have put the call on hold and walked out to another cabin to take the call. Has Chase Bank's professionalism and staff training deteriorated so low? The only thing that is left to do is to move my account to another bank which has better network of branches with ethical staff and values my business.
