I see the bad reviews, but they're always been accommodating to me, even when I come in right before 4/5pm. They really seemed to care about my issues most of the time and even stayed late to help. Wish I remembered their name, but several have specifically assisted me before. Thanks guys!:)

Horrible customer service. No tellers, long lines. Go bank with a bank that cares, not Bank of America.

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.  
No drive thru teller. Waiting forever in teller line. Line is 10 deep with only 1 or 2 tellers at lunchtime. 
Management doesn't care. Employees taking to each other with no regard for waiting customers.

Everyday it's the same long line, tellers are always new and inefficient. It takes 2-3 members of the bank to help one single persons deposit, all they do is look at the screen in shock. Crappy bank.
