They are so slow! The staff is friendly once you’re finally seen but the branches are understaffed, and seemingly, so is the customer service division via telephone. I’ve had so many issues with this bank I’m definitely getting an account somewhere else.

Jermaine White and his team are great.  We have had our business accounts with them for years.  He is a banker that really gets to know you and your business and offers solutions.  When was the last time your banker called you?

Mr. Jermaine White and Mr. Christopher Mills are great to work with.  They make banking as easy as riding a bike!  All kidding aside they have helped us personally as well as professionally with loans for home and work.  I highly recommend them because they keep things as easy and stressless as possible!

I believe Jermaine is so professional and caring. paying attention to detail
and with personality. Huge heart, GREAT mind and focused. i am proud to know that he is a man I can turn to for banking advice.

I am NOT happy with how they handled the "check cashing vs Deposit" funds transaction! for instance if you wanted to cash a check from another bank account... no problem, the funds are given to you right then and there... BUT if you wanted to deposit it into your account so that you are not carrying cash, your funds are NOT available until the following business day! I will be finding a new bank! this was ridiculous! and they are not willing to allow me to go up there and cash the check to take my son to his dentist appointment because "it has been longer than 15 minutes" I live 1 hour away! they are my closest regions bank! THANK YOU FOR NOT HELPING ME AND ALLOWING ME TO WASTE MY GAS!
