We went there to open checking accounts, they did. But with all the sscard , passports and the manager overwriting, they have made name spelling mistake. It took our 1 hour last week to open the account and now i need to fo there, wast another hour of mine to correct the stupid mistake. I work 6 days a week and my rare open time is very valuable to me.

This is by far the worst banking experience I've had in my entire life. The assistant manager stares at my ID and then my face and says this picture is not you when in fact it very much is. The only difference is that in the picture I had minimal makeup (also the picture was taken over 5 years ago) and while I was there in person I did not. As if that wasn't enough she proceeds to tell me that my EYEBROWS look different....you have got to be kidding me right? Her discriminatory attitude was disgusting.

Have had a long relationship with this branch. Enthusiastic atmosphere and really dedicated staff that knows how to work for the intrests of both clients and the company is what makes this place great. Special thanks to Suzanna.

Could be more customer friendly and faster, all they're focused is opening a new account. They should consider giving what customer  need first, then offer other services...Location is great.
