Great customer service! Friendly and polite. When I come in they know exactly what I want which saves me time so I would not have e anytime wasted. Lately, when I come into the bank, it's not packed and so my wait time for me would be about 10min.

I don't do well at all when I'm lied to and that's what happened here. The teller Robert Hernandez, one of the tellers who was involved in my transaction and lied by stating that if you don't have an account with any bank, they will charge you a fee to cash a check drawn on their bank. This is factually incorrect. In the past year I have cashed checks at both BofA and Wells Fargo and was never charged a fee. It's not that I didn't notice a fee, no fee was ever discussed and no fee was ever charged. So why lie about it? Why assume that I don't know what I'm talking about when I am the one with the experience. I doubt that either of the tellers involved has recently cashed a check at every bank and found that they ALL charged a fee. Again, so why lie? I haven't been to all banks and cashed a check recently either but within the last year, of the three banks I did use, Union Bank was the only one to charge a fee. Language is important and how you use it makes a difference. Saying ALL does not give more authority to what you say unless you know that for a fact. Saying ALL when you are lying only makes you sound shady, dishonest and untrustworthy.
