I won't even give one star if I can. People in this branch are very rude, disrespectful, They don't even speak English. I always go there . they never greet you. They started to speak Armenian every single time and I don't understand Armenian. when I answer in english the clerks always keep talking in Armenian. I told them I don't have problem , but I don't even understand what are you talking about. Besides , I heard the manager is very rude as well and she changed her last name from kishishyan to kishis  probably to get the job. I also heard that she is hiring most of her friends in this branch. It is very sad .

Although the service is OK, I'm not a big fan of the structure. The ATM is kind of on the side and looks cramped when there's a line. The connection to the Starbucks seemed nice before but there was more construction recently to make it more secure it seems, but didn't look too nice when I saw it last.

Basic bank experiance, no thrills. I like it's connected to Starbucks. I don't like that people panhandle and ask for money next to the ATM.
