BOA is was it is, but the bankers at this facility are beyond subpar. 1 star because BOA has started the transition of automating their services.

They always help me everytime i go in there. I just moved to California, they have been extremely helpful.

The bank is nice but the employees are not on point. Worst boa service I've experience. They are good at saying all the wrong things. When I saw the low rating and read a few post I was like people are so harsh. Now, that I've gone to this location I understand why this location had a low rating...
