Tellers are fine ( so if you come here for a quick deposit or such ) it's ok, Bankers: don't even try., you'll sit all day until somebody will help you. Not that they're busy.! Just no rush .! Taking their time. So don't waste your time..

Terrible. Move your money to a different bank if you can. They waste time trying to sell you credit cards you don't want or need. It feels like you're walking into a used car dealership instead of the place you trust to keep your hard earned cash. I finally wised up and closed my account but it cost me $26. I called and visited the branch 3 times to get my money back but eventually gave up after being lied to or mislead repeatedly.

No idea why but this bank is the slowest on the planet. Always insufficient tellers and complex clients. Be advised, bring a lunch.

Convenient to have a local branch...That's all I can say about CITI Checking services. Stop runing like a " Non Profit " and keep the doors open like Wells and BOFA. What are we paying for? ?
