They were great everyone was really friendly. I just moved here and Jay was telling me about places in the area. There was another young lady that I didn't get her name who was really friendly and answered all my questions. Great experience glad I changed banks. I had a horrible experience today and it's to expensive for me to bank here. Plus there isn't many locations in Denver. I hate it when people are saying they are doing me a favor when they are denying me of something. They are so nice because they're ripping people off.

Only gave this two stars because the banker I worked with was very friendly and helpful. The company itself is difficult to deal with, and the location seemed disorganized and rushed. Tried to get me to "make an appointment" and leave even though I had driven a fair distance to get there.

They charged $8 to cash a check that was issued by that bank. I happened to have 2 checks I needed to cash and that racked it up to $16. They said I wouldn't be charged if I had an account with them. I will never make account with them on principle. Completely unethical how to treat non members. I am not doing business with them again.

Great people but can't reach them after I leave their office. I have called the branch on multiple occasions, and have never had anyone pick up the phone.

We bank here for our business and it is amazing. We are treated well and respected. I also bank here personally and have the same experience. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of stipulations on some of their loans, but most banks have the same stipulations. Great place with great people!
