Lori Reilly, Branch Manager, is very unprofessional and carries no compassion.  I watched as she treated a young lady wanting to get a money order for a non profit servicing the military.  The woman asked if the five dollar - or whatever the minimal cost could be waived to get the money order to send to the organization.  She said no, absolutely not.  I'm a retired Vet and find this disgusting.  I will certainly no longer support this financial institution.  Lori - learn how to be compassionate!  She wasn't getting it for herself!  She was getting it to support a cause - and in reality, those who fought our country.  Be ashamed of yourself.

I have had exceptional customer service at this branch the last few months. The branch manager Lori is fantastic! Very professional, great follow-up and customer service-oriented. I had ordered a debit card from a personal banker and the card never arrived. Called the 800 number for customer service and the next day a debit card arrived with my husband's name instead of my name. I was so frustrated! I decided to call the branch directly. It was 5:56 pm on a Friday, just minutes before closing time at 6pm and needless to say, I was fired up! Lori stayed late to hear my saga. She fixed the issue. And she even called the following week to confirm that I had received my debit card. I spoke to Lori again today to change our account from one type to another. This saved me a trip in to see a personal banker on the weekend. I will continue to use this branch and highly recommend this branch to others in the neighborhood. Thanks, Lori!!

This Chase Bank is absolutely warranting of a ZERO STAR rating. I spoke with Mariana or Mariela up front at the counter about cashing a check from my father. As I handed my brand new unfakeable Drivers license and Federally issued VA ID she suspiciously looked on me as if I was trying to hide something. Ok, maybe I'm too sensitive? Well, then she started to IM the counter manager and she looked up a moment later and said "the only problem is I can't cash the check" I said well.....I'm only here to cash a check. So why won't you cash it? Apparently, according to her, there was a restriction on how large of a check can be cashed out of my fathers account. KNOWING this was B.S., I went right DOWN THE STREET and got it cashed at another CHASE. These people are untrained, lying, off the street "bankers" with the accounting experience of an 8th grader. And I'm not talking about an 8th grader with good grades. 

I would absolute invite the branch manager to provide some information that is not a speculation or lie as to why this specific location is more in the business of troubling their account holders than actually doing business. 

No thanks, I'll go a couple miles away and get business done. I look forward to watching this location turn into another empty building due to extremely poor service.

Apparently when I look for chase bank it thinks The Home Depot can provide me with my chase money
