The tellers and staff are all friendly and ready to help. My son loves coming to change his dollars for gold coins and they always take the time to explain to him everything; he's 8. I moved all my accounts from TD bank, personal and business to Bank of America because of this branch.

Even without any line, they force to you to waiting. Atfirst hour, are three bankers looking his screens, nobody wants to assist you. Not privacy, the tables are next to the lines and waiting zone. I can hear all the conversations between the clients and the bankers there.
The worst service that I had saw in American bank.
