My experience was wonderful, idk who's the manager that hires their employeees but everyone is always smiling, which is great . Today kiara and Richard took care of me so fast and professional, they are always in a good mood that would make you question why am I even mad today . I've been with this bank for years now and plan on staying for good :)

horrible service. lady by the name of bonnie very unprofessional treated me horribly. never visiting this branch ever. everyone there looked angry as if they hated their jobs.

Don't try calling this bank nobody answers the phone. There is a long waiting line. The bank procrdures are a nightmare! Delays posting, long holds on your deposits and availability for your cash. Don't put your money here find another bank.
