Horrible service literally have wait hours standing before ur turn comes every friday is the same thing and only 2 people attending you thats one of the reasons why theres always a long line almost to the entrance

Drive thru was taken away and now we have to go inside to do our daily drops. 

It wouldn't be a problem but the inside is always packed! Reopen the drive thru for merchants!

Called ahead of time to verify if there was not a big wait I was informed there is no one waiting I show up around 5 min later and was told just give our teller a few min and he will be right with you I waited 45 min and nothing!  there is literally no one in here and only 3 employees working everyone is dry and rude when I asked how much longer it would be I only have a 1hr lunch break most 2 of the 3 employees are just talking near the front door will never use this bank again honestly this is the reason I closed my account with them never experienced anything like this with any bank before I will definetly be going back to chase !
