I've been with bank of America for a long time ,why am i still here don't know it has the worse  service ever 2 bankers and always a long wait and they do not care or value their customers time

The waiting time at that bank is hair pulling. OMG, you can have a baby while waiting in that line. Never again. Are you kidding me.

I waited for an hour today at Bank of America. I spoke with the manager about the line that was almost at the door at one point. The manager walked away and  joined three other tellers that was standing around taking and laughing with him. There were two other people in the back cubical with the customers. It seemed to me that only Jean and Jonathan was trying to keep the line moving. This is and was a problem that could have and should have been fixed. One of the tellers stated that they were short on staff, well like I said there were enough people there; this would not have happened in the Aventura or in the South Beach area!!!!!!!
