Seriously like clockwork every time I come in here: there is only one lady behind the teller window. You know it's going to be a busy day in a heavily populated area. Think ahead here guys. There's always one lady just kind of standing around with papers in her hand just taking in the line of exacerbated people who are constantly muttering under their breaths, "why is there only one person?!". Promise you business would run faster & more efficiently!

Good god. For a business as big as this, they can't afford to hire more tellers..... no seriously. This is Ludacris, hire more people. You have 5 empty windows and a line out the door. This is some b.s, I've got to wait in line for 30 mints to cash a check?

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER for a big bank. I came to the drive up at 8:51am and when 9am came they shot out the container without a deposit slip and i sent it back with my id. I seen multiple car get service before i did and i was there first. I didn't get my id back until i went in about 9:15 am. When i got in i told this woman name Schimelle L. Curry what happened and she went to get my id that was in the back. Instead of offering me faster service. She instead told me, "it was a 7 minute wait. Sorry." I was furious. So waited for about ten minutes because they had two tellers and one of then was also doing drive in. All i'm saying is that they know the most busy time of the day is openning and closing and they had two tellers. So the next time i come by i hope i won't have to wait 40 35 minutes for service. I hope Schimelle L. Curry is reading this and tell your drive in teller to not skip people next time.

Horrible customer service, didn't even give me my copy of my check or asked me how I wanted my bills, they even gave me ripped 10 dollar bills. And this was today at the window drive through.
