Been banking here for years with no difficulty. A very popular bank, so expect long lines and wait times at certain parts of the week. Odd hours, but what bank doesn't have those?

Going there is great calling no one ever answers the phone I been on hold with no answer for over 35mins very upsetting 😡😡

They are fast and friedly.  Atm. 4 lanes. Lobby.

Driving around the building is a bit confusing (only one way in on big bend and comes out on street behind building. Staff are friendly. Decent facility.

My branch for ten years. No problems for me.

Edit: Staff turnover. Commerce is not maintaining the place as well as it used to. New staff is friendly, but green.
